Post-Gazette reporter Daniel Moore covers the partnership between WATT Fuel Cell and Peoples Natural Gas to bring fuel cell technology to residential homes in Western Pennsylvania. WATT’s Additive Manufacturing Process (AMP) using 3D-printing technology to produce fuel cells is a more streamlined approach that reduces costs and time and allows for better quality control than traditional methods. This process peaked Peoples’ interest as it checks three boxes for them: savings for the residential customer, cleaner environmental impact and resiliency.
